The engineering and design courses focus on skills required for a twenty first century workforce. Technology is an integral part of our lives and transcends every part of industry, business, military, education, and home environments. In the school setting, it is the class in which students get to apply many of the core concepts they have or are learning in math, science, and history through “hands-on” projects. Areas of study include Robotics, Intro to Tech, Exploring Tech, and Applied Tech. The core idea driving the department is to teach our students how to think rather than what to think.
