Ryan Frink is entering his 2nd year as an Assistant Principal at Wellington. He is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for students while supporting teachers through collaboration, professional learning, and continuous school improvement.

Ryan has dedicated his career to public education, serving in a variety of leadership and instructional roles. He believes in fostering a positive school culture where students are challenged, supported, and prepared for success in college, careers, and life. His work focuses on curriculum development, instructional practices, career and technical education, student achievement, and building systems that help both students and staff thrive.
